When you place an order or send a question, Crown keeps your name, phone number, email if you give one, delivery address, and your message, so we can reply and deliver. Staff who answer messages can read these records. We do not sell or share them.

The site counts visits. the page, the type of device and browser, and the site you came from. It does not use this to identify you. If Google Analytics is switched on, the same visit counts are also sent to Google.

If you join the letter list, we keep your email until you leave it. Every letter has a link to leave. To have your records removed, message us on WhatsApp at 074 175 4141.
