Returns and exchanges

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, the wrong size, or not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp straight away with your order number and a photo, before the item is used or washed. We will arrange an exchange or put it right.

For hygiene reasons we cannot take back pillows, protectors, or bed linen that have been used.
